What we hold about you, and for how long
Organised by the kind of information rather than by legal category, because that is easier to check.
Effective August 4, 2026. The company deciding what happens to information here, and answerable for it as controller, is VoyBeam Reservations LLC of 434 Fayetteville Street, Raleigh, North Carolina
- 27601. Questions about your own record belong at warden@voybeam.com.
The four kinds of information here
Contact details. Your name, an email address and a telephone number, given when you ask for availability. Used to answer you and, if you reserve, to reach you about the space.
Reservation details. Dates, lot type, vehicle description and registration plate. Used to check availability and, once you confirm, passed to the operator so the gate recognises your car.
What you write. Notes on the form and anything sent by email. Read by the person running the desk and by nobody else.
Ordinary server records. The host that serves these pages keeps technical logs of requests for security and reliability, on its own short cycle.
There is no fifth kind. This site runs no analytics, no advertising pixel, no tag container, no social embed, no session recording and no chat widget. Typefaces are served from this domain. One item of browser storage, `vb_notice_v2026`, records the answer you gave the storage notice, and it never leaves your browser.
Who receives what
- The operator of your lot
- Name, telephone, dates, lot type, vehicle and plate, once you confirm. Nothing else, and nothing at all while a quote is only a quote.
- The mail service
- Carries correspondence in and out of this office.
- The form relay
- Turns a submitted request into a message.
- The host
- Serves these pages and keeps the technical logs described above.
Nobody else. Nothing here is sold, rented or handed to anyone for marketing, and no advertising profile is built. Handing anything over happens in two situations only: a legal obligation, or a claim that has to be brought or answered.
How long each kind is kept
- Requests that never became reservations
- Six months, then deleted.
- Completed reservations
- Two years, so a returning customer does not repeat themselves and a dispute can be checked, then deleted.
- Correspondence
- While the thread is live and a year after it closes.
- Anything with a tax or legal reason to exist
- As long as the law requires and no longer.
Selling and sharing
This company has never sold personal information and does not intend to. It does not share it so that anybody can follow a reader around other sites, the activity California and several other states name specifically. There is no opt out control below because there is nothing switched on to opt out of. If that ever changed, this page would change before the practice did.
Your rights
A number of states now hand people enforceable rights over their own record. Rather than sorting correspondence by postcode, this desk extends the same set to everyone who writes. You can ask what is held, get a readable copy, correct an error, have the record erased, limit its use, and be treated no differently for asking.
Write to warden@voybeam.com. The legal window is 45 days; the real answer normally arrives within two working days. Identity checking is minimal, usually a reply from the address already on file, and somebody may act for you with your written instruction.
Children
Reserving parking is an adult transaction and nothing here is aimed at children. No information is knowingly collected from anyone under 13.
Security
Pages are served over HTTPS. Reservation details sit in an ordinary business mailbox with a strong unique password and two step verification, reachable only by the person running the desk. Records are deleted on the schedule above rather than accumulating, which for an operation this size is the most effective protection available.
Found a weakness in this site? warden@voybeam.com will be pleased rather than defensive.
Where it all sits
Everything runs on American soil: the company, and each service it leans on. Write in from abroad and the safeguards attaching to your record are American ones, not the rules where you are sitting.
Changes
Practice moving means this text moves with it, under a fresh date. Where the shift is substantive, meaning the collection itself or the list of recipients, a banner sits at the head of the page for sixty days.
